Happy Colored Marbles? Smile O Mighty Jesus that is some serious drumming from Claude Coleman. Sound quality is better than excellent. To that reviewer that referenced Deaner's journal, as a musician myself, sometimes I come off a show thinking it felt and sounded lousy, and upon reviewing the recording find myself pleasantly surprised/impressed. This is neon brown.

"Purer than a newborn baby's piss" (to quote Ryan Atkinson)...goddamn, this is like listening to a studio album. Not the most exciting set-list (I think) but the guys are on top form and the sound quality is just INSANE...I award it 8 and a half stars out of 5...

PS - are there any other Ween shows around here where the sound quality is this good (or close to it)? Would kill for more of this...

Subject: GREAT Show !!
I have jumped head first into the WEEN archive here and this is indeed one of the finer shows hosted by any band. Sound is nice, fat, full, warm, balanced, with a bit of crowd mixed in for good measure, just to remind you that this is a live show. Its really too bad that their is only five stars because this deserves 10. WEEN ON! Get it while you can.

Subject: Not-so-awsome sound...
I was at this show and thought the sound was brutal. In Mickey's "tour diary" he said it was the some of the worst sound they ever had. Usually, poor sound leads to a lack of enthusiasm on the band's part and, IMHO, this night was no exception. Any energy this show had seemed to fizzle out hard by the end. It just wasn't on, at least compared to the Bumbershoot show and the first night at the Commodore in 2001.

So far, every review of this show has been five stars. I'll give it a "second listen" but for now I'm giving it a "soft" three.

Subject: Wow,
This show embodies the shear intensity behind this group. Very clear sound and very on for this night. Absolute must-have.
Reviewer: Pat Sajak - - March 31, 2006
Subject: nice..
It's a shame that I was avoiding this show because of all the "unknown"s in the source info. But this sounds fantastic. Most likely an FMSBD, or preFM. .

The Quebec tour spawned a lot of phenomenal shows, but this one is hot. Sound quality is excellent. Definitely download this one. Thanks to whoever taped it.
